On October 31 every year, families arrive in costume to trick-or-treat along Highlandtown Main Street! This year’s festivities commenced on Conkling Plaza in front of Filippo’s Pizza and included free pizza, goodie bags, music, and of course CANDY! Business welcomed trick-or-treaters throughout the evening with candy, treats, and coupons!
