Highlandtown Main Street & Highlandtown Business Association, in partnership with the Southeast Police District and Fillippo’s Restaurant & Lounge, will have a FREE Cinco de Mayo celebration including free food served by officers from the SEPD!
We invite everyone to stop by and meet your fellow business owners, community members, and police officers from the Southeast District.
