“Conkling Plaza” is the outdoor sidewalk space in the Highlandtown Business District along S. Conkling Street at Eastern Avenue that has seating, trees, and string lights. The goal of this project is to redesign the plaza to make it more functional and well-used, while also considering maintenance and safety. Highlandtown Main Street will use ideas we collect in this community survey and interviews to develop a new design and raise funds for the future renovation.
